Fresh, clear and youthful skin with no downtime

At MBA Skin, we use soluble, non-toxic sodium as a gentle and natural abrasive to remove the top layer of dead skin cells and accelerate the renewal cycle of the skin. We complement this with nutrient-rich skin care and ultrasound treatment to allow the topical treatment to deeply penetrate the skin.

Microdermabrasion is non-invasive with little to no downtime, although some people can experience mild tenderness or redness after. Results are often visible immediately following your treatment.

How does Microdermabrasion work?

Step one

The upper layers of your skin are gently exfoliated using a natural abrasive. This removes dead skin cells while smoothing and polishing the skin’s surface.

Step two

An AHA (Alpha-hydroxy acid) and a vitamin-based masque rich in active and anti-ageing ingredients are massaged into your skin using ultrasound. The nutrients are able to deeply penetrate the skin and encourage an increase in collagen and elastin production.
